I told Jenne today that she could get my entire wardrobe through www.sierratradingpost.com. I think nearly everything I wear during the fall and winter season came from that catalog. I love it so much that I got us a STP credit card so we get free shipping and earn rewards for gift cards. We got a lot of Gandhi's stuff through them, all of my winter coats, my snow boarding boots, and a bunch of clothes.
I never really pictured myself as a catalog shopper, or really an internet shopper for that matter, but this place sometimes seems too good to be true. Maybe it's because I can go shopping without leaving home, I don't have to try things on and everything is really, really cheap.
It fits my curmudgeonly attitude about buying anything. Old cusses like me like things cheap, quick and easy...cheap is really the key word though. I think the most I've spent on any single item (including brand-new Burton boots) was $59.99--on my Lowe Alpine, down vest.
Today's shipment didn't disappoint either. Not only did I get the most bad-ass Dickies hoodie I've ever seen, two sweet Carhartt belts and a really nice Columbia sweater, but I also have my new favorite sun glasses...that make me look like Rick Rubin.
