Last week, on New Year's Day, my brother Jon's family came over for a late Christmas lunch. Jenne and I got pizza from Papa Murphy's since we didn't feel much like cooking another large meal. As I usually do when we have pizza, I pulled the (original) Tabasco and green Tabasco sauce down from the cupboard.
Until 2009, Jenne had never had the green stuff on pizza. Granted, Jenne has had green Tabasco on numerous other kinds of food during and prior to 2008, but never on pizza...and never in 2009. Jenne liked the green Tabasco on pizza so much that we got Papa Murphy's again for dinner, that same day.
I'm happy to have introduced this wonderful combination to my wife and happy to have started the new year off so well.
